What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with small to medium-sized businesses across New Zealand, from start-ups and family businesses through to established organisations, charities and hospitality brands. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your marketing to the next level, we’ll tailor our approach to suit your business.

Do I need to sign up to a monthly contract?

Not at all. Some clients engage us for a one-off project, while others choose ongoing marketing support (some of our clients have been with us since the start). We work in whatever way makes the most sense for your business, with no unnecessary retainers or long-term commitments.

What marketing services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of marketing services, including strategy, website design and development, branding, copywriting, photography, social media, email marketing, graphic design, content creation, PR, event management and more. Think of us as your outsourced marketing department.

Can you build my website?

Absolutely. We design and build websites on WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify and Wix, depending on what’s right for your business. We can also refresh existing websites, improve SEO, update content or provide ongoing website maintenance.

Can you help if I already have a website?

Yes. You don’t always need to start again. We can review your existing website, make improvements, update content, refresh the design or help improve its performance and search engine visibility.

Do you offer marketing strategy without ongoing management?

Yes. If you’d simply like a marketing strategy or someone to review what you’re currently doing, we’re happy to provide advice and recommendations that you can implement yourself or with your own team.

Can you manage our social media?

Yes. We can develop a social media strategy, create content, schedule posts and manage your accounts, or simply provide guidance if you’d prefer to manage your social media yourself.

Do you provide photography?

We do. Great marketing starts with great content, so we offer professional photography for products, businesses, events, teams and personal branding to give you images that work across your website, social media and marketing materials.

How much do your services cost?

Every project is different, so we’ll provide a tailored quote based on your goals and the support you need. Whether you’re after a new website, a one-off project or ongoing marketing assistance, we’ll recommend an approach that suits your budget.

Can you help with branding and logo design?

Yes. Whether you’re launching a new business or refreshing an existing brand, we can help develop your brand identity, logo, colours, typography and marketing materials to create a consistent, professional look.

Do you work with businesses outside Christchurch?

Absolutely. While we’re based in Christchurch but we work with clients throughout the country and can easily collaborate online via phone, email and video meetings.

How do we get started?

The first step is simply getting in touch. We’ll have a chat about your business, your goals and the challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll recommend the best way forward, whether that’s a strategy session, a website, ongoing marketing support or a one-off project. There’s absolutely no obligation to work with us after an initial chat.
